This project involved the complete transformation of a stunning Grade II listed home in the highly desirable area of Park Town.

The property was stripped back entirely, with every room thoughtfully redesigned, refurbished, and repurposed to create a home that seamlessly blends period character with modern luxury.

The scope of works was extensive, including a full electrical rewire throughout the property and the installation of a state-of-the-art smart home system that integrates and controls the entire house.

We also undertook a major basement excavation to create a bespoke, high-specification kitchen, while all plumbing systems were completely renewed.
